Standard Delivery:

All orders are processed at our next availability and in the order which we receive them.

Delivery is carried out by DPD Couriers, and is usually within 3 - 5 working days, excluding public holidays.

Please note delivery times may be longer during busy periods, or due to unforseen delays outside of our control.

Our couriers do not deliver on these dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st (December) and 1st January.

The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff. Excellent choice of hampers and keenly priced. Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The payment system was smooth and easy, the updates from Gift Hampers by email were timely and helpful. The hamper was delivered right on time and the contents greatly appreciated by the recipient. All in all, fantastic product and service. Highly recommended.
